Loren K. Carroll
Mr. Carroll served as President and Chief Executive Officer of M-I SWACO, a fluid engineering services company controlled by Smith International, Inc., and as Executive Vice President of Smith International, Inc., a supplier of products and services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and other industrial markets until his retirement in April 2006. He initially joined Smith International in December 1984 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer during 1988 and 1989. Mr. Carroll rejoined Smith International in 1992 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Carroll also serves as a director of Smith International, Inc., Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a producer of recreational vehicles and manufactured homes, and Veritas DGC, Inc., a provider of integrated geophysical information and services to the petroleum industry worldwide.

H. Craig Clark
Mr. Clark has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Forest since July 2003. Mr. Clark joined Forest in September 2001 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer until July 2003. Mr. Clark was employed by Apache Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company, from 1989 to 2001, where he served in various management positions, including Executive Vice President-U.S. Operations and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ProEnergy, an affiliate of Apache.

Dod A. Fraser
Mr. Fraser has served as President of Sackett Partners Incorporated, a consulting company for not-for-profit entities since 2000. He served as Managing Director and Group Executive of the global oil and gas group of Chase Securities, Inc., a subsidiary of The Chase Manhattan Bank, from 1995 to 2000, and prior thereto, was a General Partner of Lazard Freres & Co., an investment banking firm. Mr. Fraser is a director of Smith International, Inc., a supplier of products and services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and other industrial markets. Mr. Fraser is also a director of Terra Industries Inc., a nitrogen-based fertilizer company.

James H. Lee
Mr. Lee has served as the Managing General Partner of Lee, Hite & Wisda Ltd., an oil and gas consulting firm, since 1984. Mr. Lee is a director of Frontier Oil Corporation, a crude oil refining and wholesale marketing company.

James D. Lightner
Mr. Lightner began serving as our non-executive Chairman of the Board in May 2008. Mr. Lightner is Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon E&P Company, LLC, a private oil and gas exploration and production company. He is also Partner of Orion Energy Partners, a private oil and gas exploration and production company that is currently in the process of winding up its operations. From 1999 to May 2004, Mr. Lightner served in various capacities with Tom Brown, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company including Director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior thereto, he served as Vice President and General Manager of EOG Resources, Inc.

Patrick R. McDonald
Mr. McDonald has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Nytis Exploration Company, an oil and gas exploration company, since April 2003. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. McDonald served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Carbon Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company. From 1987 to 1997, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of a company that he founded, Interenergy Corporation, a natural gas gathering, processing, and marketing company.

Raymond I. Wilcox
Mr. Wilcox served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, producers of olefins and polyolefins, aromatics, alpha olefins, styrenics and specialty chemicals, from 2002 until his retirement in March 2008. From 2002 until 2006, Mr. Wilcox served as Vice President of Chevron
Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company, and President of Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company, an oil and gas exploration company.
