Cecil N. Colwell Mr. Colwell was appointed Vice President - Worldwide Drilling in April 2004. Mr. Colwell previously served as Vice President Drilling for the Gulf Coast Region. His responsibilities encompass the worldwide drilling operations of Forest. He has been with Forest Oil since 1988 as an engineer in drilling and completion operations. He started his career with Texaco in 1972 in Houma, Louisiana, and moved to Levelland, Texas for Amoco in 1974. He returned to Houma to work for Placid Oil from 1975 to 1980. He then started his own business, Colwell Engineering, in Conroe Texas. Mr. Colwell graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Louisiana. He is a member of the SPE of AIME, the American Petroleum Institute, and the American Association of Drilling Engineers. |
Paul J. Dusha Mr. Dusha joined Forest Oil Corporation in May 2001 as Director Human Resources. He was appointed Vice President - Human Resources on March 1, 2005. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Dusha served as Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Virginia Indonesia Company (VICO), a privately-owned international oil and gas corporation. He spent twenty years in VICO and its predecessor, Roy M. Huffington, Inc., in human resource management positions of increasing responsibility in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Dusha holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a major in Personnel Management, both from Michigan State University. He has also completed the Cornell University Human Resources Executive Development Program and the University of Michigan Advanced Professional Development Program for Human Resources Executives. |
James R. (Jim) Good Mr. Good was appointed to President - Canadian Forest Oil, a wholly owned subsidiary of Forest Oil Corporation of Denver, Colorado in April 2002. He was Vice President Exploration of Canadian Forest since July 1996. Prior to joining Canadian Forest Oil, Mr. Good was Vice President Exploration of Mark Resources Inc. and before that Vice President of Exploration of Precambrian Shield Resources Limited, both Canadian publicly traded E&P companies. He also held senior exploration positions with Canadian Superior Oil Ltd / Mobil Oil. Mr. Good is a native Albertan and geology graduate from the University of Calgary. |

Rick Hatcher Mr. Hatcher was appointed to Vice President in December 2001. Mr. Hatcher joined Forest Oil Corporation in 1988 as a Lead Programmer Analyst. In 1997, he went to work for Coors Brewing Company as a Manager of SAP Projects and Support. Mr. Hatcher rejoined Forest Oil in January 2000 as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to working at Forest Oil, he served two years at Hamilton Brothers Oil Company and two years at ANR Freight systems in various technical and managerial roles. Mr. Hatcher is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science for Business and a graduate of Colorado State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration with highest honors. |
Michael N. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy was appointed to Vice President - Finance and Treasurer on April 14, 2008. He joined Forest in February 2001. He served as Senior Financial Analyst for Forest until April 2003, at which time he became Manager - Investor Relations. Mr. Kennedy served in that role until November 2005, at which time he became Managing Director - Capital Markets and Treasurer. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Kennedy worked for Arthur Andersen as a member of their audit and business advisory practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado. |
Timothy F. Savoy Mr. Savoy was appointed to Vice President - Operations Support on June 30, 2004. Mr. Savoy is responsible for all aspects of Forest's land administration, purchasing, and health, safety and environmental activities. Mr. Savoy had served as Director - Health, Safety and Environment since joining Forest Oil Corporation on February 28, 2002. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Savoy held positions in oil and gas production operations, drilling engineering and environmental engineering as well as management positions in environment, health and safety, purchasing, oil and gas marketing and administration with Amoco and Apache Corporation. Mr. Savoy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. |
Victor A. Wind Mr. Wind joined Forest in January 2005. Mr. Wind was previously employed by Evergreen Resources, Inc. from July 2001 to December 2004. He served in various management positions during this period, including Director of Financial Reporting and Controller. From 1997 to 2001, he served in various capacities at BDO Seidman, L.L.P. Mr. Wind earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). |

Wofford Mr. Wofford was appointed to Vice President - Oil and Gas Marketing on June 1, 2004. Mr. Wofford brings with him over twenty years of experience in operations management and gas marketing. He has worked with Oryx Energy, where he was in charge of gas plant operations, as well as Oryx Gas Marketing Company, Producers Energy Marketing and its successor, Cinergy. He worked most recently with Devon Energy Corporation, where he held the position of Manager - Gas Marketing and Supply. David H. Keyte Mr. Keyte joined Forest Oil in 1987 as Manager of Tax and became Corporate Controller in 1988. In 1993, he was named Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Forest Oil, was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 1995 and Executive Vice President in 1997. Prior to Forest Oil he was Principal in the Tax Division of Arthur Young & Co. He has lectured at the Wharton School on business structures and was a National Instructor for Arthur Young & Co. in both mergers and acquisitions, and the natural resource industry. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania, in 1978. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). |

Mark E. Bush Mr. Bush is responsible for the Eastern Region, which encompasses East Texas, Louisiana and the Arkoma assets both from Forest and the recently acquired fields from the Houston Exploration Company. Mr. Bush joined Forest in June 1997 and served as Production Engineering Manager, Southern Region. He has been directly responsible for overseeing the completion, workover and daily operations in the region. |
Ronald C. Nutt Mr. Nutt is responsible for managing all aspects of Forest's Southern Region, which includes Forest's significant assets and operations in South Texas including the recently acquired fields from The Houston Exploration Company. The operations of the Southern Region are maintained in Houston, Texas. Mr. Nutt has over twenty-seven years of experience in reservoir, production and drilling engineering, engineering management, economic evaluation and business development in the exploration and production industry. He has worked with several large major and independent exploration and development companies, including Apache Corporation and Devon Energy Corporation, and has most recently served as Director, Upstream Origination Group at Constellation Energy Group. Further, he has experience working in the acquisition and divestiture aspect of the business with Scotia Waterous. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering. |
Stephen T. Harpham Mr. Harpham is responsible for all aspects of the Western Region, which includes Forest Oil’s assets in the Permian Basin, Texas Panhandle and Rocky Mountains, including the Niobrara Field in Eastern Colorado and Uinta Basin assets recently acquired from The Houston Exploration Company. Mr. Harpham joined Forest Oil in January 2002 as Reservoir Engineer in the Western Region. He was promoted to Manager Reservoir Engineering, Western Region in August 2004, a position he has held since that time. Prior to joining Forest Oil, Mr. Harpham worked for Young Exploration, Inc., Northern Pump Company, and Ensign Oil & Gas in various staff level and management positions in geology and geological engineering. Mr. Harpham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from The Colorado School of Mines. |
J.C. Ridens Mr. Ridens was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, H. Craig Clark. In this position Mr. Ridens is responsible for all aspects of Forest Oil’s Western, Eastern, Southern and International Regions; Canadian Forest Oil, Ltd.; Worldwide Drilling and New Ventures. Mr. Ridens joined Forest Oil in April 2004 as Senior Vice President, Gulf of Mexico Region and has since served as Senior Vice President of the Southern Region and most recently the Senior Vice President of the Western Region. Prior to joining Forest Oil Mr. Ridens had twenty-five years of experience in a variety of engineering and management positions for Chevron, Davis Oil, Kerr-McGee, Apache Corporation and Cordillera Energy Partners. Marter IV Mr. Marter was appointed to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. In this position Mr. Marter is responsible for all legal and corporate secretarial functions of the Company and reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer, H. Craig Clark. Mr. Marter joined Forest Oil in June 2002 as Senior Counsel. He was promoted to his current position of Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary in January 2005. Mr. Marter graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering and from the University of Texas School of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree. Prior to joining Forest Oil Mr. Marter was a partner in the law firm of Susman Godfrey L.L.P. in Houston and, prior to law school, worked as Drilling Engineer in Sohio’s Gulf Coast division. |
